The Living Link
Empowering the Youth
The Living Link offers life skills and work readiness training for young adults with intellectual disabilities, helping them gain independence and employment.
The training for selected students is being funded directly by Nicarela proceeds, empowering them to develop skills, achieve economic independence, and lead fulfilling lives.

M.E.S
Uplifting Inner-City Youth
For over 38 years, MES has been uplifting South Africa’s inner-city communities through social development programs that empower marginalized youth.
Nicarela Charity funds the After-School Programme (ASP) for students facing financial barriers, providing academic support, mentorship, meals, and personal development to help them break free from poverty.

Bethany House Trust
A lifeline for vulnerable children
Bethany House Trust provides shelter, healthcare, and education for vulnerable children, offering a safe home and support for those facing hardship.
Due to changes in legislature Child and Youth Care Workers are being upskilled through the assistance of Nicarela, ensuring they meet necessary qualifications to continue their vital work in caring for these children.

Hotel Hope Ministries
Short Term Interventions
For over 20 years, Hotel Hope Ministries has been a place of safety, love, and restoration for vulnerable and abandoned children, providing them with a nurturing home and the opportunity to thrive.
Through the support of Nicarela Charity, essential care is made possible through holistic development.
Together, we help give each child not just a home, but a future filled with hope, stability, and possibility.

Bethany Home
Bethany Home in Johannesburg provides a safe haven for abused women and their children, offering not only shelter but a path toward healing and independence.
Through a holistic approach, including counselling, education and skills development, Bethany empowers women to rebuild their lives and create a more secure future for themselves and their children.
With the support of Nicarela Charity, this vital work continues, helping turn moments of crisis into opportunities for restoration, dignity and lasting change.

Guild Cottage
A Safe Haven for Healing
Guild Cottage has been a safe haven for young girls in Gauteng who have experienced trauma and abuse, offering specialized therapeutic care to help them heal and build resilience.
Nicarela partners with Guild Cottage to help with the funding for education at Sparrow Combined Technical School, empowering them with the skills they need for a successful, self-sufficient future.

REEA Foundation
Creating a full & good life
The REEA Epilepsy Foundation provides 24-hour care for adults with epilepsy and runs a variety of outreach programs.
Nicarela Charity funds operational costs to ensure smooth running of the foundation, helping improve the quality of life for those affected by epilepsy and fostering inclusivity.

The Tower of Life
The Tower of Life in Krugersdorp is an emergency overnight shelter providing refuge for vulnerable, destitute and homeless men.
More than just a place to sleep, it offers structure, support and second chances to those working to rebuild their lives, often in the face of addiction and hardship.
Through the support of Nicarela Charity, essential care is made possible, creating not just safety for the night, but the opportunity to try again. Because every story is a life and every life is still worth fighting for.
